The purpose of the article, which has been linked below for your reading pleasure, was to give you 5 exercises that you absolutely must do if you want to continue using your body into your old age.
The exercises were chosen based on the most common day to day stresses that you will experience.
We love and agree entirely with these exercises, however, there is one crucial thing missing from the article - the motivation.
