Back to school, back to routine, back to being busy.

Back to school is my favourite time of year. It reminds me of fall, football, warm and cozy sweaters...all of which makes this my favourite season.

Unfortunately, it leads to winter which is not awesome in this part of the world, but I guess that all comes with the territory.

What also tends to follow the change of seasons is the onslaught of cold and flu season. Sound about right?

But what if it didn't have to be that way?

What if there was a chance, just maybe, that we're looking at this whole germ thing the wrong way?

I mean seriously thinking about it... I bet you that you know someone who is never sick. So it begs the question, how did they get that way, what can we learn from them and, can we duplicate the results?

The purpose of this episode is to help you create a plan of action that will create a stronger, better immune system for your child and keep them from being sick on a more consistent basis.

Here Is What We Covered

  • Why germs are not the cause of your child's sickness (flu, cold or otherwise) or illness and the real underlying reason your kid gets sick. I know this sounds shocking, but it's honestly a game changer if you can apply it and make it real for your family.
  • What the most controllable factor is in keeping your children healthy and as sickness free as possible as they groove their way into the new school year.
  • The importance of the nerve system in fighting off infection. This is the most overlooked area of health for most families.
  • 4 other vital steps to include to keeping your child healthy.
