I could never:
- Train like you.
- Eat the way the way you do.
- Have a morning power hour.
- Complete my goals every 90 days.
- And on and on.
I hear this all the time. My response?
"You are looking at the total of all my work over the last 7 years."
Heck, 7 years ago I would have never thought I would be here either.
You can do it if you're willing to do the work, be patient and love the process along the way.
