Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, finely chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup dates, pit removed and chopped finely
- ½ cup homemade mayonnaise
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Steps
- In a large bowl combine the broccoli, red onion and dates.
- In a separate bowl, combine the mayo, dill and apple cider vinegar
- Pour all over the broccoli salad and toss to combine evenly.
- If you really want to step up your game, add bacon!
