Ingredients
- 2 cups cold water or homemade nut milk
- 1 large handful of spinach
- 1 large handful of swiss chard, chopped
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped
- ½ cucumber, peeled and chopped
- ½ green apple, chopped
- 1 banana, diced
- 1 small avocado, chopped
- 2 pinches of cilantro
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp. spirulina (optional)
- 2 scoops protein powder (optional)
Steps
- Blend the spinach and kale with the water first, then add in the rest of the ingredients.
- This makes two servings, so store the second serving in a mason jar in the fridge.
