Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- ¼ tomato, chopped
- 1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
- Fresh squeezed juice from a 1/2 of a lime
- 1 tablespoon or more fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Steps
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the insides into a bowl small.
- With the back of a fork, mash the avocado.
- Add tomato, onion, lime juice, cilantro and sea salt.
- Mix all ingredients well.
Yields 1 cup of guacamole and is best served with raw veggies or piled high on a bun-less burger.
