Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw pecans
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 1 can of full fat coconut milk
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Dash of sea salt
Steps
- Place all the nuts in a large bowl and sprinkle the salt overtop.
- Fill the bowl with water so the nuts are covered and soak overnight.
- Drain the nuts in the morning and rinse them well.
- Add the drained nuts to a food processor.
- Blend the nuts with the bananas, coconut milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla until smooth.
- Heat on the stove each morning.
- Serve with raisins or chopped nuts.
