EBD Recipe: Nut Free Trail Mix

Eat By Design

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Ingredients

Equal amounts of any of the following:

  • Coconut flakes or chips
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Sesame seeds
  • Raisins
  • Dried cranberries
  • Chocolate covered cocoa nibs or dark chocolate chips (optional)

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
