Kids get a bad rap when it comes to their brains.
Everything and anything seems to be bad for brain development... cell phones, screen time, sitting, inactivity and sugar.
All are true, and the effects are varying but instead of focusing on what NOT to do, we thought in true Life By Design fashion we would talk about what TO DO in order to positively influence brain health.
