On Today's Show, we welcome our guest: Kate Kordsmeier.

Kate was a writer (she still writes, just no more freelancing) in the food and travel space. It sounds amazing and parts of it were, but having to go out to eat at restaurants, and eat all that tasty yet unhealthy food, 3-4 nights a week will take its toll on your health.

Her health was suffering. She was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), leaky gut, and thyroid issues. Worse, she felt unheard and not carried for by her medical team.

Kate decided that it was up to her to take her health into her own hands, so she stopped all medical treatment and found help elsewhere. After trying an anti-inflammatory diet for one week, her health dramatically improved. She was so excited about her results that she decided to tell everyone and channel her energy into starting a blog, writing a book, and coaching other people to health.

Listen in to this episode to learn how Kate did it (and how you can do it too!)

Here Is What We Covered

  • How nutrition impacts and influences everything about your body. Most people only consider body composition and weight, but it goes much deeper than that.
  • How the worst things that happen to us can evoke our greatest passions.
  • What you can do if you're completely stuck with your health. Often it can seem overwhelming, you're not feeling well, you've done everything, and you have no idea where to start. Kate's blog could help you.
