Eat By Design

Ingredients
- 12 dates, pitted
- Juice of one orange
- 1 340g bag of cranberries
Steps
- Process dates in a food processor until they become a paste.
- Place a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add cranberries, orange juice and rind.
- Cook, stirring occasionally until the cranberries have popped. The date paste will eventually melt into the mixture.
- If the sauce begins to burn reduce heat to medium low.
- Sauce will thicken as it cools.
- Place sauce in fridge until ready to use.
Yields 1 1/2 cups of cranberry sauce.
