If you have coached with me you have certainly heard me mention the food prep day!
Food prep (also known as meal prep) is when you take a couple of hours to make a bunch of food in advance so that you have less cooking to do later.
Your food prep day can be as advanced as preparing all your meals for the week, cooked and ready to reheat or as simple as cutting up a few veggies and boiling a few eggs so that you have some simple, grab-and-go snacks.
The food prep day is one of my favorite systems for making healthy eating an easier task because it allows you to get a whole lot done at once with only one big clean up and results in you having more time to what you love later in the week.
