Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Kale
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
Steps
-
Preheat oven to 350°F.
- With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the Kale leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces.
-
Wash and thoroughly dry the leaves with a salad spinner. If you don’t have a salad spinner dry the leaves thoroughly with a towel.
-
In a large bowl, drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and Cajun seasoning. Toss the mixture in order to coat.
-
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the kale pieces side by side until the cookie sheet is full. You may have to do multiple batches depending on the size of your oven and baking sheets.
-
Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt; approximately 10-12 minutes.
